DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
GLDNSKN ships to US (including Alaska, Hawaii) & CAN via USPS, UPS or FedEx for all domestic packages.
Given products are made-to-order, the processing time for orders is 7-14 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that during holidays, sale campaigns, limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
GLDNSKN is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Packages undeliverable by FedEx SmartPost, USPS, DHL and/or their shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Please email us directly at email@example.com. We want all our customers to be happy and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that may come up.
Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade with 100% natural ingredients with no added dyes. You may find slight variations batch to batch (for example, slight changes in color).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide an image of the damaged item(s). We will happily replace any damaged products provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. There is no additional shipping fee for replacement of damaged items.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept order cancellations. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit under certain circumstances. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with any concerns about your purchase so we can come to a resolution.
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Please note that GLDNSKN is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns + exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to GLDNSKN. Return shipping will be deducted from the shop credit.
